Terms of Service

1. The service

Apprailo is software for collecting finance applications and documents, managing enquiries and tracking deals. Apprailo is not a credit provider or credit assistance provider, does not give financial or credit advice, and does not lodge applications with lenders.

2. Your responsibilities as a broker

• You hold, or are authorised under, an Australian Credit Licence where required, and the details you enter (ABN/ACN, ACL/CRN) are accurate.
• You comply with the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009, the Privacy Act 1988 and other applicable laws, including providing your Credit Guide and privacy disclosures and obtaining any consents you need from applicants.
• You keep login details secure, are responsible for activity by your team, and only give access to authorised staff.
• You won't use Apprailo for unlawful purposes, spam, or to upload malicious content, and won't try to access other brokers' data.

3. Your data

You own the data you and your applicants put into Apprailo. You give us permission to host and process it only to provide and support the service. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or request deletion of your data at any time.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Plan upgrades and extra seats take effect immediately and are charged pro rata. Downgrades may require you to pause team members above the new seat limit.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Settings; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Founding Broker pricing stays locked while your subscription remains active on that plan. Changing plans or cancelling ends it.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of price changes.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep Apprailo available and secure but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We regularly improve the product and may change features; we'll give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what you've paid for.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, are unpaid, or put other users or applicants at risk. On closure you can request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, Apprailo isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss (including lost commissions or deals), and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. You're responsible for lending decisions and for checking information applicants provide.

8. General

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. We may update them by posting a new version here; continuing to use Apprailo means you accept the changes. Questions: apprailoofficial@gmail.com.
